Where we deliver
Orbit Muse Nail Studio currently delivers to UK addresses and the European Union destinations available at checkout. Delivery availability, rates and estimated times are shown before you complete your order.
Delivery options
- UK Standard: £4.99, or free when the order subtotal is £50 or more. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
- UK Express: £6.99. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
- EU Standard: £14.99. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
Taxes and customs
UK prices include 20% VAT where applicable. For EU orders, any applicable taxes, duties or customs charges are shown at checkout where Shopify can calculate them; otherwise, local authorities or the carrier may request payment before delivery.
Delivery address
We send your order to the address entered at checkout. Contact support@orbitmuse.shop promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
Risk and receipt
We remain responsible for your order until it is physically received by you or by a person you nominated, other than the carrier.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If an order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@orbitmuse.shop with your order number so we can investigate and put things right. Your statutory rights, including your rights where delivery is late, are not affected.
