Where we deliver
Orbit Muse Nail Studio currently delivers only to UK addresses accepted by our checkout.
Delivery options
- UK Standard: £4.99, or free when the order subtotal is £50 or more. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
- UK Express: £6.99. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. The available service, charge and estimated delivery time are shown before you complete checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
Delivery address
We will send your order to the address entered at checkout. Contact setup@orbitmuse.shop promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
Risk and receipt
We remain responsible for your order until it is physically received by you or by a person you nominated, other than the carrier.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If an order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email setup@orbitmuse.shop with your order number so we can investigate and put things right. Your statutory rights, including your rights where delivery is late, are not affected.
