Refund policy

This policy applies to UK consumer purchases and is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Change-of-mind cancellation
You may cancel most online orders without giving a reason from the date our contract is made until 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parcels, the period ends 14 days after receipt of the last item.

You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. Please include your order number where possible.
After telling us that you are cancelling, send the goods back to the address above no later than 14 days later.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please keep proof of postage.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will bear the necessary reasonable return costs.
Handling returned goods
You may inspect goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. We may make a proportionate deduction from the refund to reflect an actual loss in value caused by handling beyond this.
For press-on nails, applying, wearing, filing, cutting or otherwise altering the nails, or opening or using supplied adhesive products, may go beyond reasonable inspection and may reduce their value. This is not a blanket requirement that every return must be unopened or unused, and it does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Refunds after cancellation
We will refund the price paid and, where the whole order is cancelled, the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. If you selected Express delivery, we refund only the amount of the least expensive standard delivery that applied to the order. If your order qualified for free Standard delivery, no outbound delivery amount was paid and none is refundable.
We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, you provide evidence that you sent them back. We may withhold the refund until one of those events occurs.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If they do not, please contact setup@orbitmuse.shop with your order number and a description of the problem.
Your remedies may include:
- a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a refund;
- repair or replacement, where available and proportionate; and
- where repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, not completed within a reasonable time or causes significant inconvenience, a price reduction or final right to reject.
Where a refund is due under these rights, we will provide it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after agreeing that you are entitled to it. We may ask for reasonable information, such as photographs, to help resolve a problem, but this does not limit your legal rights.
Size selection
Our products are fixed, size-specific 10-nail sets in XS, S or M; they are not custom-sized. If we supply the size ordered and it matches its description, choosing an unsuitable size is normally a change-of-mind matter and the cancellation rules above may apply. If we supply the wrong size or the product does not match its description, your statutory remedies apply.
